Refund policy
Delivery Timeframe
We deliver all orders across mainland Portugal within an estimated 7 to 15 business days. If we are unable to meet this timeframe for any reason, we will notify you immediately. You may then agree to a new delivery date or cancel your order for a full refund.
Your Right to Return
If you change your mind about a purchase, you have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to notify us of your decision to withdraw. To start a return, send a clear written statement to https://www.evervida.eu/contact within this period. After notifying us, you have a further 14 calendar days to send the item back.
Non-Returnable Items
The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain specified items.

We cannot accept returns for furniture made to order, customised, or personalised to your specifications, including non-standard configurations.

We do not accept returns for products with sealed packaging that has been opened after delivery, where opening affects hygiene or integrity.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a full refund, return items in their original, unused, and unassembled condition, with all packaging and your invoice. If you return a standard item that has been assembled or used, you retain the right to return it. However, we reserve the right to deduct any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item.
Return Shipping Costs
If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. If the item is defective, not in conformity with the contract, or damaged in transit, we will cover the return shipping costs. If a returned item arrives damaged due to inadequate packaging on your part, we may deduct the corresponding loss in value from your refund.
Refund Process
We will process your refund without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days from the date you notify us of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or you provide proof of return shipment. Your refund will include the cost of standard outbound delivery, and all refunds are issued automatically to your original payment method.
Legal Guarantee
All products are covered by a 3-year legal guarantee against manufacturing defects and lack of conformity from the date of delivery. This guarantee exists independently of any commercial warranty offered by the manufacturer. Transit Damage
If your order arrives with visible damage from shipping, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and send photographs to https://www.evervida.eu/contact. This 48-hour window applies only to transit damage. It does not limit your statutory rights under the 3-year legal guarantee for manufacturing defects or lack of conformity.novaconsumerlab.
